Sweet, aromatic, yet hearty. The roasting of the seeds in this simple yet flavorful spice blend gives your taste buds a dose of sweet and roasted like taste. It goes great in slow cooked vegetarian dishes and simple curry like dishes and does well with pan seared chicken or pork.

Blended with cassia cinnamon, cardamom seeds, and cumin. 

Organic Madras Curry Powder. Bold, aromatic, slightly spicy, savory, and complex. Hand blended in small batches for optimal flavor and aroma. From the southern regions of India, comes this classic curry powder. Delicious and perfect on chicken, pork, fish, lamb, or even sprinkled on shrimp! Refillable Bag 2 ounces.

For a treat, sprinkle 3/4 tablespoons of this blend to 1 1/2 cups of cooked rice, 1/2 cup of steamed peas or corn and 2 tbsp of melted butter (or to taste) - simply delicious!

Blended with red chili flakes, turmeric, cardamom, fenugreek, cumin, ginger, cassia cinnamon, brown mustard seeds, and spices.

Tandoori Spice Blend. Fantastic on chicken and fish:

• mix 2 tbsps of spice with 1 cup of plain yogurt & 1 tbsp of vinegar
• add chicken and marinate for 4 hours
• shake off excess and brush with olive oil
• grill and squeeze fresh lemon on chicken during grilling

Blended with cumin, sea salt, ginger, garlic, coriander, black pepper, cinnamon, Kashmiri chilies, cloves, and paprika.

Turmeric Organic. While beautiful in color, this spice is subtle, warm, slightly bitter, woodsy, and similar to ginger. A necessary ingredient in curry powders, yellow coloring agent, mustard, and Indian cooking. The spice that gives Indian curry its color, is greatly used in Indian medicine. • Sprinkle 1/2 tsp onto 2 cups of hot  white rice
• add cilantro and drained black beans
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil and combine
• salt to taste
