This is a fantastic grilling rub that incorporates spices, herbs, and brown sugar to give it a unique, powerful yet mildly sweet woodsy flavor.
You will taste hints of celery seeds, paprika, nutmeg, garlic, and other spices that are sure to leave your tummy very happy!
To create a wet marinade:
- use 4 tablespoons of this rub
- add red or white wine
- a few slices of onion
- stir in 4 tablespoons of grape seed oil
