Savory Herb Butter Recipe for Your Turkey

Savory Herb Butter

Ingredients:

1 stick of softened/melted butter

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon of Louisiana Cajun Spice

1 tablespoon savory poultry spice

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon basil

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Once you have stuffed your turkey with goodies, right before you put it in the oven prepare the herb butter. Mix all ingredients well and then completely cover turkey with this mixture. Don't forget to save some of the butter for basting, or if you're heavy handed like me...just make more!
